Our hand balancing classes are focused on teaching fundamentals to let you progressing injury free. You’ll be equipped with the tools needed to improve or build your handstand.

Strength & Conditioning

Acrobatic skills require a specific type of strength. Prepare your body for what’s ahead with an hour full of skill specific conditioning.
For beginners it will be a full body strength & conditioning program. For intermediate levels it will be tailored to assist your handstand practice.

Get your body in the best shape and turn 2020 into the year of handstands.

Aerial Straps

Achieve various feats of strength and flexibility up in the air. Two small ribbon like fabrics will be your apparatus of choice. In the beginning you’ll spend time on conditioning, shoulder prep & strengthening and developing correct and efficient technique. Only after the basics are strong we will be moving on to tricks.Try out straps and get in the best shape you can imagine
