Spent a weekend away from your usual routine. Each day will include 2h of Handstand Workshop + 1h of Flexibility, additionally you’ll have access to another 2h of open gym space to practice and go over what you have learned.
After the weekend you will not only walk away with a new understanding on what you need to focus on, but also an online program to keep guiding you.

7 days. 5 days of training & 2 days of rest.
Immerse yourself into the art of hand balance while also working on your flexibility.
During those days you will have the chance to focus on nothing but training. There’ll be two scheduled sessions each day: 1x flexibility & 1 x hand balance. Additionally you’ll receive full access to all open gym classes & open trainings + a post-intensive online program to make sure this is a perfect foundation for further practice.
