How does this work?

  • All Open classes aka Drop in classes are accessible with monthly membership, single class purchase or 10x-pass.
  • Courses are only bookable as a full 6-week package & include an online program to help you practice after the 6 weeks 😉

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

→ 6-Week course or Membership? What’s the difference?

The 6-Week course follows a step by step program which will be adjusted to your needs. The group is limited to 8 people which stay the same. Additionally you will receive an online program to serve as “homework” to train at home. 

Minimum 4 people – otherwise course will be pushed to a later date.

→ How do I know on which dates 6 Week Courses or Intensives are starting?

→ I’ve never done a handstand..

Now you will & you’ll get as addicted to it as the rest of us. No matter your level we will start right where you are and get your body prepared to get upside down safely!
